Introduce ZARKERSTEIN.

The ZARKER R&D team was working on the project "ZARKERSTEIN".
The goal of the project is to create a life form made up of lock parts.
To complete the ZARKERSTEIN, powerful energy was needed, and after
trial and error, the R&D team decided to harness the power of
lightning. On a stormy day, a fierce bolt of lightning overwhelmed
the sky and struck ZARKERSTEIN, sending a powerful current of
electricity through his body, causing his eyes to flash,
and he began to move.
